Avis is the kind of girl who thinks depending on other people is silly and weak, so I wouldn't suspect her to have tons of super close friends. She is also very closed off to outsiders, so if she did have any close friends (and I could imagine her having one or two, if the circumstances worked), they would have had to be friends for a long while. Also, most people in her grade at school probably don't know her too well; she's been held back twice because she has dyslexia and has trouble passing the exam; maybe someone can become her tutor to help her this time? There are lots of people she probably doesn't hate.

It's likely that Avis has rubbed a lot of people the wrong way since her family moved here when she was eleven. She has a habit of speaking very bluntly and honestly, which can take people aback. Avis is very proud and stubborn, and she has a hard time forgiving people who have wrong her. Popular people and jocks have never been her kind of people; she tends to look down on them almost before she meets them.

I don't think Avis would have had any romantic relationships in the past. She doesn't exactly trust people with her friendship (her father is abusive and her mother abandoned them at a young age); it would have been incredibly difficult for that to have progressed into a romantic relationship. I think it might be interesting if Avis did have one major relationship in the past, but for whatever reasons, he broke her heart, so now she's even more closed off from people romantically. For future interest, I would love to see her with someone and be happy!

I can't think of what "other" relationships Avis might have, except that with her family. Her brother is open to play because she's all close to him and stuff, and her mother would be an interesting person for someone to play if they anyone is ever interested. Other than that, I wouldn't think Avis would have much family. However, if you are interested in making some random cousin of hers or something, I would probably be totally open for that!

Perhaps these two could be unlikely friends? Avis seems a tad more serious than Morgan, but they're alike because they're both stubborn, musicians, and reserved to outsiders. Morgan could be like a goofy little sister, and maybe Avis helps Morgan out with her bulling problem? They're almost complete opposites, but I think that would make their relationship more interesting, Avis seeming to be like the strong, silent type and Morgan being a uber dork. add/subtract/keep/delete?

Totally just saw this! But yea, I could see this happening. Despite her "fuck you world, I don't really care" kid of facade, Avis does really care about people, especially people who are younger than she is. Maybe Morgan can help her lighten up as well.
