Ian is a shy individual, preferring the careful analysis of an Inca Dove’s call than the bustle of a city. The call of a bird or a new shade of green lights a slow fire in his chest that permeates to the tone of the skin and the size of his smile; his intense passion for the things he loves tends to draw the attention of others. He will often take this passion and try to represent it on the canvas or whatever medium fits. Unfortunately, his hands and his center of gravity are not always as steady as this love; in other words, he is clumsy as hell.

HISTORY; His father worked as a park ranger just outside of Albuquerque, New Mexico. His mother was a sculptor who worked primarily in metals. During monsoon season, Ian’s father was caught in a heavy downpour while on top of a steep bit of a climb and was swept down the mountain. He shattered both of his legs almost entirely. The bones healed generally, but he suffered some nerve damage and it is difficult for him to walk, leaving him wheel chair bound. Unable to continue his duties as a park ranger, Ian’s family soon became tight for money. His mother makes some off of her art, but not enough to keep them going. The rest of the family resided on the east coast and were willing to provide some aid during these rough times. They headed east to a place where they could afford and where Ian’s mother would have sufficient space to try and generate some art for additional income. This means a change in schools and environments for Ian, which is a first. The family is starting anew in this new town, with a new life style, unsure what waits for them.
