Ashleigh and Jared have known each other since
fifth grade, and have been close since then. They were always seen
together and most people thought they were a couple. Becoming annoyed
with this Jared decided to stop talking to Ashleigh for a while, just before her
mother had passed away. After some time he felt bad and they became friends
again but it was never the same for Ashleigh, being that when she needed him
the most he wasn't there. He feels super bad about it and feels like he owes
her something. It's all up for discussion but that's kinda what I was thinking of.
It could possibly be a love interest, if you'd like, or it could just be a really
